Well he’s 26, and will turn 27 in one month. I teasingly asked him what he might like for his birthday. He said he wants an MBA jersey and short, or a laptop.
I can’t really afford any of that at the moment. But I want to get him a good wrist watch with a budget or 150 dollars, and I know I can get it.
What do I do? do you think if I get him a wrist watch, that he might like it?

A watch is always a good gift and Citizens are nice watches. Pulsar, Orient and Nixon also have nice watches within your price range.

To be honest I think it is a wonderful idea, a jersey is cool too BUT a watch is not only stylish but its purpose is way more useful than a jersey, a jersey doesen’t help ya keep on time at your job… Now to find a reasonably priced one, how about checking the chiristmas flyers god knnows they start earlier and earlier every year lol, try layaway if you have time for that {wal mart no longer has lay away} or If your lucky enough to have one near you go check out the local outlet mall, I used to live at mine when I was near one, found lots of great deals!!
GOOD LUCK!! Hope this helps and who knows if ya check an outlet mall maybe ya can find both for your budget??

It sounds like he is a little too demanding and self centered. He should know very well that you don’t have the money for those expensive gifts. How arrogant of him to want that stuff. Major warning signs here.
I say use your talents to give him a thoughtful but inexpensive gift. Can you cook? Maybe make him a cake and decorate it like an NBA Jersey. If you can’t cook but are good at art, then buy the cake and decorate it. There are also watches that have the nba logo….

get him the jersey if he said that’s what he wanted im sure he didn’t lie to you. if you have never seen him wear a watch dont get him one or if he bought a watch anytime this past year. watches for men aren’t like purses for women

If you’re that broke cut your budget. $150 can get a lot of good stuff on sale. The economy’s bad and you don’t sound rich…
He should appreciate whatever you give him.
