I want a degree from a school people have heard of. I have a BA in a hard science from the U of Wisconsin at Madison that just about killed me. It was SOOOOO HARD. I do not want a school that hard for an MBA. I am a small business owner and I want a school that requires work but that is not going to kill me. I want the AACSB accreditation too. I like that the program above is online. suggesstions? thoughts?

The hard sciences can be harder than business courses. Of course a good MBA program requires work. The time demands are high. As a business man you should be able to relate to a lot of what you have to study.
Many good schools now offer on-line MBA programs, but taking courses in class with other students with whom you share ideas and experiences can be valuable. You may qualify for a good executive program.

Schools report their accreditation status, tuition cost, number of students, class sizes, program length, and a lot of other data. Schools provide data on entrance requirements, program costs, program characteristics, and much more. You can use the Guide to contact schools of your choice, examine their data, visit their web site, and send them pre applications.
