I have enrolled myself into a distant leaning program by ICFAI for an MBA course. Als I have heard good reviews about ICFAI, I went ahead and registered myself although the fees were rather high. Can anyone tell me how good it is, based on their experiences?

Any MBA program in India requires AICTE approval. Any distance program in India requires approval from Distance Education Council. Hence MBA in distance will require both. I doubt ICFAI has any of these approvals. Just being granted a University status is not enogh for a degree to have proper recognition. Why don`t you consider so many other Universities which have all these recognitions. I would suggest IGNOU, Bharthiar, Bharatidasan, Anna Malai, Pondicherry and so many other universities which offer distance MBA and have recognition and required approvals

You have some good answers, although I disagree that only full-time MBA programs are of any value. There are many part-time programs, executive programs and acceleration programs that are excellent. With distance learning programs, a lot depends on the quality of the university. I suggest you examine programs listed in the Official MBA Guide, a free service. Use their Ranking Criteria link to locate accredited distance leaning programs.
