Before you go for an MBA, you need to get a bachelors degree. Then you need to work for a few years before going on for an MBA. I also would not recommend going to an “online learning institute” – they are all of poor quality. If you absolutely have to do this online to fit into your work schedule or because you live too far from an actual university, then I would recommend that you take an online program from a university which also offers on-site programs, because they tend to be better quality (and also cheaper).

Simple, you first get a bachelors degree in any field, not necessarily business, and preferably in engineering or a science, but any other field is suitable.
No one should consider an MBA degree without consulting the Official MBA Guide, a comprehensive free public service with more than 2,000 MBA programs listed worldwide. It allows you to search for programs by location (US, Europe, Far East, etc.), by concentration (finance, marketing, aviation management, health management, accounting, etc.), by type of program (full-time, distance learning, part-time, etc), and by listing your own criteria and preferences to get a list of universities that satisfy your needs. You can use the Guide to contact schools of your choice, examine their data, visit their web site, and send them pre applications. You can see lists of top 40 schools ranked by starting salaries of graduates, GMAT scores, and others. It’s the best service available at http://officialmbaguide.org.
